By using re:form collective services — including signing up for the newsletter or submitting a class booking request — you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Identification
re:form collective is a Reformer Pilates studio located at Timex Park, Armazém 3, inside the THRYV space, in Almada, Portugal. For questions related to these terms, contact us at hello@reformcollective.pt.
2. Services
re:form collective offers group and private Reformer Pilates classes, class packs, and membership plans. Class bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed by email or phone after the request is submitted.
3. Cancellations & no-shows
Class cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a consumed class. Memberships have a minimum duration of 3 months. Cancellation of a membership requires 30 days written notice.
4. Data protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected (name, email, and optionally phone number) is used solely to process booking requests and send studio-related marketing communications, subject to consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. The data controller is re:form collective (hello@reformcollective.pt).
5. Liability
re:form collective is not liable for injuries resulting from physical activity undertaken without prior medical clearance. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any exercise programme. Participation in classes is at your own risk.
6. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Almada shall have jurisdiction.
