the collective behind re:form
"To reform" means to reshape something in order to improve it. To rebuild. Refine. Reconnect. Evolve with intention.
That idea became the foundation of everything we created. We don't see Pilates as a trend or simply another workout, but as a method capable of transforming the way the body moves, supports itself, and functions in everyday life. A practice that develops strength, control, posture, mobility, and body awareness — both inside and outside the studio.
And the more we explored that idea, the more we realised the importance of the "re". Two small letters that quietly exist throughout every stage of the process:

- —relearning movement,
- —regaining control,
- —rebuilding strength,
- —refining the relationship with your body.
But movement, to us, was never meant to exist in isolation. We wanted to create something built on collective energy, shared intention, and the strength that comes from different perspectives moving together in the same space.
And from that union, re:form collective was born: different instructors, different backgrounds, different approaches, all connected by the same vision — to build a community for people searching for more than simply movement.
A space for those who value intelligent training, intentional movement, and a more conscious connection with the body.
Located inside THRYV, the studio also lives through contrast. On one side: the intensity, performance, and energy of the Hyrox environment. On the other: the precision, control, and fluidity of Pilates. Two completely different realities that naturally complement one another. Natural light floods the studio throughout the day, shaping the atmosphere and reinforcing the calm, intentional energy behind the space. Because we believe the environment we train in influences the way we feel, move, and reconnect with ourselves.
At re:form collective, movement is never automatic.
It is thoughtful. Felt. Refined.
